  Hi! It’s your K-office Unni again. Today, I’m letting you in on a real local secret. It’s a cafe I pass every single day on my way to work. The exterior is so unique it grabs your attention immediately, but it’s the taste and the vibe that keep people coming back for more.            My first visit was actually a failure. In Korea, most cafes are "night owls"— they open late and close near midnight. But this place is a total "early bird." They open at 7:30 AM and close at 6:00 PM. I finally made it there with a friend before work, and even at that early hour, there was a line! Why? Because this is the main branch of Momos Coffee , the home of the 2019 World Barista Champion (Jooyeon Jeon). People travel all the way from Seoul just to sip a cup of coffee here. Busan Vibe: "Cafe Run" at Gwangalli Beach & Casa Busano Review (Why You Should Run in Busan!)

 Hi everyone! Today, I headed to Gwangalli with my crew for a run. In Korea, the massive "running boom" from last year has settled down, and now only the true enthusiasts remain. But recently, a new trend called "Cafe Run" (카페런) has taken over! What is a Cafe Run? It’s exactly what it sounds like: you finish a refreshing run and head straight to a trendy cafe for a rewarding treat. Koreans are obsessed with cafes, and combining it with exercise is the ultimate "God-saeng" (갓생 - Living a productive/exemplary life) move. Gwangalli is my favorite spot in Busan. Whether it’s morning, noon, or night, the Gwangandaegyo Bridge (Diamond Bridge) view is breathtaking. Unlike painful asphalt, Gwangalli’s running path is cushioned and soft, making it much easier on your joints. Running while feeling the sea breeze and looking at the ocean? That’s pure healing.
